What we collect

Only what the service needs to work:

  • · Your name, email address and phone number.
  • · Your Master CV and the text extracted from it.
  • · Your employment preferences and the answers you gave at sign-up.
  • · A record of the vacancies we showed you and the applications we prepared or sent.
  • · Technical records: sign-in times, IP address and browser, kept for security.

What we do not collect

We do not ask for your CPR or national identity number, because nothing in the service needs it. We never ask for your email password — connecting a mailbox uses OAuth, and we request permission to send only, never to read your mail.

How your data is separated from other candidates

Your records are isolated inside the database itself, not only by application code. A query that failed to filter by your account would return nothing rather than somebody else’s data.

Who sees it

Employers see only what you apply with: your CV and the application message. MyJobs administrators can see your account, subscription and automation activity in order to support you.

We do not sell your data, and we do not share it with anyone other than the employers you apply to.

Your rights

Bahrain’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 30 of 2018) applies. You can ask us for a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account. Message us on WhatsApp and we will handle it.

Retention

We keep your account and history while your account exists, including after a subscription expires, so that returning does not mean starting again. Ask us to delete it and we will.
